The Who’s Who of Texas Music Compilation CD’s. Every song is a national success story by the Texas Artists that we all love. No Music collection should be without these songs by these artists. Don’t Mess With Texas Musician’s have donated the usage rights for their songs to raise money for music education in Texas public schools! This is reason enough to have and to hold this CD until death do you part.

The Texas Music Project is a 501(c)(3) non-profit working in conjunction with the Texas music industry and the State of Texas, the Texas Music Educators Association, the Texas Commission on the Arts, and the Texas Coalition for Quality Arts Education.

The primary mission of TMP is to help strengthen and restore rigorous music education to Texas schools. Our objectives are to raise awareness of the benefits of music education and the related needs of schools; build capacity and funding for music education in local communities and schools; and enable more informed decision-making among decision makers at both the state and local levels.

What TMP Does
TMP conducts the “Don’t Mess with Texas Music” public awareness/education program which includes our exclusive series of CDs; distributes grants for music education to schools and communities in need; consults and plans with local communities to build longer-term programs to sustain music education in schools; and creates customized events and programs for companies interested in supporting music education while building their brands through Texas music marketing.
